Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing from the time your order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your order to be delivered.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship via various standard and expedited carrier services. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The following delivery estimates apply from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed. These are estimates and not guarantees.
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Some items may have unique processing times or shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received your shipment confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please log in to your account on our website to check the order status. You may also contact us for assistance.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping outside of these areas at this time.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if it is deemed undeliverable by the carrier (e.g., incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts). If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
