Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from shopenescogift.com. Please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund. To process your claim, we require notification within a specific timeframe from the delivery date. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged product and its packaging to assist us in processing your request and filing any necessary carrier claims.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request an RMA number, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include items marked as final sale, seasonal products after the relevant holiday has passed, and any products not purchased directly from shopenescogift.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided with your RMA number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within a standard processing period after our approval notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
